The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, NWT & Nunavut (HSFA) is responsible for quality assurance and maintaining standards adopted by the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada (HSFC), to reduce the incidence and prevalence of death and disability from cardiovascular disease through the development and provision of emergency care. The Resuscitation Education office administers and facilitates the educational delivery system for Alberta, Northwest Territories & Nunavut.

BLS Instructors/I.T.'s, ACLS & PALS Instructors: Development of
the
Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada (HSFC) Portal is
making good progress. A number of user acceptance tests have been
completed and the HSFC is on track to launch the Portal soon. As
we get closer to the HSFC Portal launch date, more information
will be emailed to all Instructors.
